We offer neurodiversity-affirming supervision and consultations for professionals supporting neurodivergent children and adults. These sessions are designed for clinicians and support staff who want to deepen their understanding of neurodivergent communication differences and learn practical strategies to apply in their own work.

We provide guidance that validates and respects the important roles of professionals, drawing on my experience collaborating with support workers, occupational therapists, psychologists, and other allied health professionals.

The goal of these consultations is to shift the way speech pathologists and other professionals approach communication with neurodiverse clients - moving toward approaches that are collaborative, respectful, and truly responsive to individual needs.
